According to Soldotna’s Ordinance 766 Banning Smoking in Eating Establishments, all eating establishments serving food smoking is prohibited. No smoking signs should be posted and outdoor seating should be open to the sky. Smoke cannot be drawn from a smoking area to a non-smoking area. A smoking area must be totally enclosed and doors must remain closed to keep smoke from moving out of a bar into a prohibited area.
